Garofalo is an Italian company specialising in the production of Pasta. Based in Gragnano in the province of Naples, the company was founded in 1789 and since then Garofalo has been synonymous with excellence.

The pasta factory was located, and still is today, in Gragnano. It is a small city south of Naples and very close to Pompeii and considered ‘the birthplace’ of the pasta industry, thanks to its ideal climate for the production and drying of pasta.

We take nothing for granted when we make our pasta. Every stage, every process draws both on ancient experiences and recent discoveries, as well as on an original interpretation of taste. Our passion for our work translates into a ceaseless quest for perfection in how we make our pasta from the raw materials to the final packaging.
